Barbs, We are so sorry for your loss. Your mom's laugh was so full of life and as Gary and I watched you and Kari grow up and become wonderful moms to your children, it is because of the love she had for you. I know you will miss her, but she will always be with you in your heart and the faces and love of your children. May God Bless you and your family. You will always be in our heart and prayers. Love, Michelle and Gary Beg

So very sorry to learn of JoAnne's passing. Worked with her at UNM-H Peds urgent care many years ago, she was such a wonderful colleague. She was very kind and compassionate, a true example of what a nurse should be. My deepest condolences to her family..

Distance didn't allow too close of a relationship but when we did communicate it was always a loving and pleasant time. We will sure miss her.

My dear friend where do I start. I remember us sitting in Microbiology class cracking our sunflower seeds. I'm sure we drove everyone around us crazy. But we made it!! We became nurses!! We laughed so much sitting in my backyard watching the boys play with the sprinklers or going trick or treating. Thank you for saving my son's life when you caught him after he jumped out of the gondola of Jim's balloon. You are my inspiration to be a better nurse, a better mom, a better person. I can't believe I'll never see your smiling face again. I love you, my dear friend.

Jimbo and family, just want you to know that Uncle Dave and I loved and will always love Joanne. One of things I personally loved about her was her honesty. She never compromised what she believed just to make a person happy. She always explained her opinion. She was caring, companionate person who took the time to listen when it was needed and a smile when you needed cheered up. JoAnne gave a lot of herself to the career she chose. I am sure God has a special place for her in heaven.
